BALL-HEAD ABUTMENT

MATERIAL

The Ball-Head Abutment from Gt-Medical is made of Titanium Grade 5 with a mirror micro-polished finish to prevent bacterial plaque adhesion.

UNION AND GEOMETRY

The Ball-Head Abutment is connected to the prosthesis structure by retention with the O-ring retention males.

Its external geometry is divided into 3 parts:

• Connection surface with the implant, rigorously designed with the original measurements of the corresponding implant, offering a machining tolerance never greater than +/-0.01mm, as well as a shank with the corresponding implant thread.
• Gingival height, which varies between 0mm, 2mm and 4mm depending on the implant model, has a micro-polished surface finish that facilitates the peripheral growth of the gingival mucosa.
• Retention surface is equipped with a 2.25mm spherical surface to ensure the proper housing of the O-ring retention males.

NOTE:
The transport and tightening of the Ball-Head Abutment is done with the Ball-Head Abutment Driver, not included in the package.
