Straight Ti-Base

STRAIGHT TI-BASE
MATERIAL
The Gt-Medical Straight Ti-Base is made of Titanium Grade 5 with a mirror-polished finish to prevent bacterial plaque adhesion, and it is designed to enhance the aesthetic finish of the final prosthesis.
CONNECTION
The Straight Ti-Base is connected directly to the implant using a Gt-Medical Prime Series Screw for straight channels.
On the other hand, the prosthetic structure is connected to the Ti-Base through cementation.
GEOMETRY
The Straight Ti-Base is designed with the following features:
- Connection surface with the implant, rigorously designed with the original measurements of the corresponding implant, offering a machining tolerance never greater than +/- 0.01mm.
- Customizable cementation trunk is provided with a grooved cylindrical surface to facilitate cement adhesion. It is available in "L" height for those cases where the implant is deeply submerged. If a lower cementation height is required, there are "M" and "S" cut marks available.
It presents two flat faces that ensure the anti-rotation of the Ti-Base within the prosthetic structure. They are angularly oriented with the implant connection and with the flat face of the scan body. - Gingival shoulder, with a height of approximately 0.5 to 2.5mm and a micro-polished surface finish that facilitates the peripheral growth of the gingival mucosa.
- Screw seat, made with an angular tolerance of +/- 0.5 degrees, preventing any micro-movements that may cause possible screw loosening.
CAD-CAM
Using the Gt-Medical Prime Ti Base implant library, you can digitally design the prosthetic structure, using straight screw channels.
