OCTA® ABUTMENT

MATERIAL

The Octa® Abutment is a component manufactured by Gt-Medical in Titanium Grade 5 with a mirror micro-polished finish to prevent bacterial adhesion.

INSERTION

The insertion is performed with the Octagonal socket wrench. The connection with the implant is made through the threaded shaft belonging to the abutment.

CONNECTION AND GEOMETRY

The connection between the Octa® Abutment and the prosthetic structure is made by the corresponding screw.

The external geometry of the Octa® Abutment is divided into 2 parts:

Connection surface with the implant: rigorously designed with the original measurements of the corresponding implant and offers machining tolerance never greater than +/- 0.01mm.

Connection surface with the prosthesis: has the dimensions of the original connection.

USE

Due to its rotational geometry, it is indicated for rehabilitation on multiple implants.
