General Description:

The direct-to-implant castable by GT-Medical is a traditional solution in dentistry used to fabricate customized screw-retained restorations on implants. Compatible with implants from S.I.N. Implant System® with the Strong SW-HE® / Tryon HE® 5.0 platform, it is made of POM-C castable plastic, designed to completely burn out during the casting process. Depending on the manufacturing batch, the castable may be white or black.

Geometry:

1. Chimney: The castable features a chimney that defines the screw channel and seating area in the final prosthetic structure, ensuring proper adaptation and functionality.
2. Gingival shoulder: Includes a gingival shoulder that serves as a base for modeling the prosthetic structure, providing stability during the design phase.

The Process:

1. Modeling: The castable is adapted to the implant or analog, allowing the desired restoration to be manually designed.
2. Casting: Once burned out in a furnace, it leaves an exact mold that is filled with molten metal to create the final piece.
