COMPATIBLE LOCATOR® ABUTMENT (KIT)

MATERIAL

The Compatible Locator® Abutment of Gt-Medical is made of Titanium Grade 5 with a TIN finish to prevent bacterial plaque adhesion and ensure optimal sliding with the retention pack.

COMPOSITION

The kit is composed of the Locator® Abutment and the Processing Pack, which contains:

• Denture Cap Assembly.
• Block-Out Spacer.
• Replacement males with 4 different hardnesses.

UNION AND GEOMETRY

The union between the Locator® Abutment and the prosthetic structure is carried out through the retention males.

Its external geometry is divided into 3 parts:

• Connection surface with the implant, rigorously designed with the original measurements of the corresponding implant, offering a machining tolerance never greater than +/-0.01mm, as well as a stem with the corresponding implant thread.
• Trans-epithelial surface, with a height that varies between 1mm and 6mm depending on the implant model, has a micro-polished surface finish that facilitates the peripheral growth of the gingival mucosa.
• Retention surface, is provided with a toric surface to ensure correct positioning of the processing pack and is 100% compatible with Locator®.

NOTE:
The insertion of the Locator® Abutment is carried out with the Core Tool, not included in the package.
