GM Abutment Ø4.8 compatible with Neodent® Grand Morse® GM
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The GT-Medical GM Abutment Ø4.8 is a transmucosal abutment manufactured from Grade 5 Titanium, compatible with Neodent® Grand Morse® GM implants and intended exclusively for single-unit screw-retained restorations.
Its Ø4.8 mm prosthetic diameter and anatomical profile make it particularly suitable for the posterior region. The double-hex connection provides a defined and repeatable rotational position, allowing the abutment to be removed and repositioned in the same orientation.
It features an M2.0 × 0.25 fine-pitch upper prosthetic thread, independent of the screw that secures the abutment to the implant. This configuration mechanically separates the implant–abutment connection from the fixation of the restoration.
FEATURES:
- Anatomical design, supporting the biomechanical stability of the prosthetic assembly.
- Ø4.8 mm prosthetic diameter, recommended for single-unit restorations in the posterior region.
- Double-hex connection, providing stable and repeatable rotational positioning.
- M2.0 × 0.25 prosthetic thread, independent of the implant fixation screw.
- Available in different gingival heights to accommodate different soft-tissue thicknesses.
- Manufactured from Grade 5 Titanium, offering high mechanical strength and excellent biocompatibility.

USE AND GEOMETRY:
Indicated for single-unit screw-retained restorations on Neodent® Grand Morse® GM implants, particularly in the posterior region when a stable, indexed prosthetic solution with repeatable positioning is required.
For proper treatment planning, a minimum interocclusal clearance of 4.9 mm from the mucosal level should be considered, together with approximately 1.5–2.0 mm of additional space for the restorative material.
